The Third section is very little accessible to the visitor because it lacks private transport. It lacks infrastructure to connect it to the Second Section. The main roads to reach it are saturated, it lacks a pedestrian infrastructure to access it from its main access: the Cri-Crí Park, and the infrastructure that exists within the forest are disconnected from each other and lack safe cyclist routes. That is why the actions planned in the Master Plan to solve this problem are:
-Accessibility and comprehensive mobility.
-Connection with the Second Section of the forest.
-Pedestrian system and cycle routes.
-Cable railway from Auditorium Subway to the new Toluca-CDMX interurban train station.
