The Nezahualcóyotl fountain is a monumental sculptural and architectural piece, inspired in Tenochca aesthetic. It covers an area of 1,250 m2, 800 of them corresponding to the fountain itself. Throughout the years the fountain was damaged because of the weather and other causes, which is why it had to be rehabilitated.
