Located in the Second Section of Chapultepec Forest, this museum was designed by the architect Ricardo Legorreta in 1993. Years later, in 2016, it was renovated to be much more sustainable.
The Museum has several thematic areas: “My body,” for those interested in exercise and health; “Living Mexico,” a reconnection with nature and environmental care; “My home and my family,” to explore human relationships; “My city,” which features a miniature model of Mexico City and an idea laboratory – a space for coloring, painting, cutting, and even assembling a robot.
Other attractions include the 23-meter digital dome that explores the limits of the solar system; the mega-screen where different three-dimensional films are shown, and the exterior garden of 2,000 square meters to enjoy nature.
