Actions Taken:
- Rehabilitation of 6.1 hectares, including the skatepark, an access plaza, children’s playgrounds, and green areas.
- Installation of 9 playground structures for children, 50 new solar-powered light fixtures, 10 benches, 10 picnic tables, 3,313 agapanthus plants, 663 bamboo plants, and 10 jacaranda trees.
- Rehabilitation of 4.5 hectares of green areas and 660 m² of the pedestrian entrance plaza, as well as 1,672 linear meters of walkways.
- These works are part of the Master Plan for the Second Section of Chapultepec Forest.
- The investment for this park exceeded 70 million pesos, funded by SEDEMA.
- It was designed and built by Mexican professionals, unlike other parks developed by the U.S. company California Skateparks. Its design was created in consultation with skating groups from Mexico City.
