With the goal of eliminating moisture leaks in the offices and optimizing the green roof system of the Botanical Garden, installed in 2012, a comprehensive rehabilitation project was carried out, this time implementing modular technology.

Actions Taken:

• Removal of plants, substrate, and deteriorated waterproofing.
• Cleaning and surface preparation, including repair of edges and application of sealant.
• Installation of new mesh and waterproofing.
• Installation of a new gutter and 1.5 mm geomembrane to ensure impermeability.
• Application of waterproofing.
• Preparation and installation of over 1,000 trays with plants..
• Office maintenance, including painting and repair of affected surfaces.

Area Intervened: 250 m^2.
