- Restoration of the Cárcamo de Dolores building, originally created by architect Ricardo Rivas.
- Restoration of the interior murals of the Cárcamo.
- Restoration of sculptural elements of the Tláloc Fountain wall.
- Renewal of the hydraulic and electrical infrastructure of the Tláloc Fountain.
- Construction of the open-air forum Ágora, designed by architect Alberto Kalach—a fully ecological outdoor venue with capacity for 700 people.
- Installation of the sound art piece known as the Cámara Labdoma.
- Interior lighting for the Cárcamo.
