• Maintenance of the library, orchidarium, domino pergola, and restrooms.
• Rehabilitation of exterior lighting and localized lighting on monumental trees.
• Installation of ramps for people with disabilities, stainless steel handrails, new Chapultepec-style benches, as well as tables and chairs.
• Implementation of a stormwater drainage system to prevent flooding.
• Pavement repairs. 
• Conducted 169 tree removals and 53 prunings.
• Application of waterproofing over more than 850 m².
• Replacement of over 3,000 light bulbs and installation of 166 light fixtures.
• Planting of more than 4,000 m² of grass.
• Replacement of 40 classic benches.
• Installation of 50 tables and over 600 chairs.
• Planting of more than 90,000 ornamental plants covering an area of 8,400 m².
