Installation of 1,643 meters of perimeter fencing and five double-leaf gates enclosing the running track.
Placement of 33,600 ornamental plants around the perimeter of Tracks 1 and 2 and the 100-meter track.

This rehabilitation required an investment of 40 million pesos, of which 20 million were contributed by HSBC, HSBC Seguros, Grupo Modelo, Comercial Mexicana, Office Max, and Los Bisquets de Obregón, managed through the Pro Bosque de Chapultepec Trust.
The remaining 20 million were provided by the Government of the Federal District.
The comprehensive project for the Running Track was donated by the firm Legorreta+Legorreta.
