Inaugurated on August 22, 2012, this park commemorates the diplomatic relations between Mexico and Azerbaijan.
It is one of the parks restored as part of the Chapultepec: Nature and Culture Project. The site underwent forest rehabilitation actions as well as the restoration of a service kiosk.
