This circuit, located in the First Section, circles the Castle and runs along the base of the ancient Chapulín Hill. In addition to its good length, it is a very scenic route. It is paved with cobblestones, so you can run, walk, or ride your bike. If you want a bit of a challenge, you can climb up to the castle gates at a brisk pace — it’s a one-kilometer uphill stretch, perfect for testing your endurance and burning calories.
You can also run or bike along all the paths that cross the circuit, which are also cobblestone. Start your route at the Estela de Luz or at the Porrúa Bookstore; wherever you enter, you’ll find La Milla — along with many other runners.
