Incorporated in 1974 and located at an elevation of over 2,200 meters above sea level, this section fulfills an environmental purpose. It covers an area of 243.90 hectares, of which 137.71 hectares are ravines that provide vital environmental services such as water capture and refuge for flora and fauna. It is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
