Initially, the sculpture was placed in the former building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in commemoration of the Centennial of Independence.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fue construida en 1931 por \u00f3rdenes del presidente Pascual Ortiz Rubio.
